From audit to a working agent
Week 0: Audit and brief. 45 minutes with Paul, then a written brief within one business day covering the workflow, your tools, the risks, and a recommended sprint, or a clear no.
Weeks 1 to 3: Build. Drate builds and tests the agent on your tools. You approve the playbook before it runs on its own.
Day 30: Review. We look at the numbers together. You keep it, we tune it, or you stop it.
How pricing works
First Agent Audit: 45 minutes plus a written brief within one business day. No cost.
First Agent Sprint: fixed scope and fixed fee, roughly two to three weeks.
Agent retainer: quarterly, to keep the agent current as your tools and workload change. We set exact fees after the audit so we never sell work we can't staff.
Capacity
We run two sprints at a time. If we're full, you still get the audit and a real start date, not a vague yes.
