Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) years to cover the initial migration and development costs. This subscription includes ongoing maintenance, updates, and support as outlined in our options. Early termination before the two-year period may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining balance of the minimum term, as detailed in our terms of service. Payments are billed monthly.

  • Two-hour training session.

  • Ongoing monitoring and DRecovery service.

  • One 2-hour content update session at launch.

  • Quarterly content updates: one 2-hour session to assist with content and design changes, including employee updates, landing pages, integrations, etc.

Plus:

  • Additional 4 hours of content update sessions per quarter.

  • 24-48 response time for content updates or integrations.

  • Consulting: Quarterly consultations for website strategy, analytics, improvements, and new feature implementation.
